Over the years I have purchased and used lots of business tools to build my online business. I have used everything from email software like Eudora Pro to website building software like XSitePro2. I have learned that developing a personal brand is the most effective method to building an online business. To that end, creating your own website or websites is essential.

The most valuable business tools are web hosting, splash page graphics program and an Auto-responder. While free tools are great, they typically do not have the versatility upgraded tools have.
